At Clínica Bajo (Los Cristianos, South Tenerife) we believe that the best rejuvenation is not noticed: it is felt. There is no “magic wand” or a single device for everything. That is why we always start with a clinical assessment and design a phased plan that combines techniques according to your skin, your anatomy, and your expectations. Objective: natural, progressive, and safe results, with follow-up in consultation.
What is rejuvenation without surgery?
We are talking about a set of non-surgical medical treatments that improve skin quality, volumes, and expression. These are outpatient procedures, with short recovery times, aimed at preventing, harmonizing, and maintaining. We are not looking to change your face: we optimize your version with safety criteria.
When should you go?
- If you notice loss of firmness or thinner, duller skin.
- If you are concerned about dynamic wrinkles (forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet).
- If spots, enlarged pores, or uneven texture have appeared.
- If you perceive loss of volume in the cheekbone/lip or more marked furrows.
- If you want to improve without abrupt changes, prioritizing naturalness.
In our experience, it works to prioritize: first skin quality (hydration, texture, luminosity), then volumes (when needed) and, finally, modulate expression to soften dynamic wrinkles. This layered approach avoids overloading and allows adjustments in revisions.
Techniques we combine according to your case
1) Anti-wrinkle muscle relaxant
Indicated for expression wrinkles on the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet. Well dosed, it does not “freeze”: it relaxes without removing gestures. It is usually the most effective for what skincare does not reach.
2) Hyaluronic acid
Versatile and safe when indicated by a doctor with experience. We use it to hydrate in depth, improve contours (cheekbone, chin) and delicate profiles (natural lips). Key: type of HA and injection plane according to anatomy.
3) Collagen inducers
They stimulate your support fibers to improve firmness and density. Useful in mild flaccidity or as a basis for annual maintenance, together with home care and photoprotection.
4) Polynucleotides
Biomodulators that favor tissue regeneration, hydration, and elasticity. Allies when we look for an “healthy skin” effect in dull textures or early signs of aging.
5) Exosomes
They support skin repair processes. We like them as adjuvants in skin quality plans, especially in stressed skin or after compatible procedures.
6) Fractional radiofrequency
Provides tightening and texture improvement through controlled energy. Indicated when we want to stimulate collagen without long downtime. We compare it with other energies (laser/plasma) according to phototype and objective.
7) Removal of spots and plasma laser
Useful for pigmented lesions and small irregularities. They require good case selection and a clear roadmap of photoprotection and maintenance.
7) Phototherapy – PhotoLED
It does not hurt, it does not limit your daily life and accelerates recovery. We integrate it as support therapy between sessions.
8) Rejuvenation of the gaze
It usually requires a personalized mix: muscle relaxant in crow’s feet, biomodulators for skin quality in eyelid/dark circles, strategic hydration and, if applicable, energy. Always with realistic expectations

How we plan your treatment in phases
Medical assessment. Medical history, medication, allergies, and habits (sun, tobacco, sports). We value
Layered plan (from the inside out).
- Phase 1 – Skin quality: deep hydration (AH “light”/skinboosters), polynucleotides, exosomes, LED and habits (photoprotection; retinoids as appropriate).
- Phase 2 – Volumes and contour: Structural AH or inducers for support. Harmonize, do not transform.
- Phase 3 – Expression: muscle relaxant for dynamic wrinkles and, if applicable, energy (radiofrequency / plasma) under indication.
Calendar and revisions. We divide into short sessions to observe the response. After 2–4 weeks we assess fine adjustments. We prefer to go from less to more: naturalness is built.
Maintenance. Skin changes over time. We propose a realistic annual plan (e.g., muscle relaxant every 4–6 months depending on the area; reinforcements of skin quality 2–3 times/year; volume review when necessary).
Care and recovery
- Immediate post: avoid makeup or intense sweating in the first hours depending on the technique. Do not massage unless indicated.
- First days: strict photoprotection, gentle hygiene, and avoid heat sources (sauna, solarium).
- Physical activity: light exercise in 24–48 h in most cases; special areas may require more time.
- Normal signs: slight inflammation or small bruises that subside in days. We will indicate warning signs and how to act.
Skincare: simple and constant routine; we adjust retinoids/acids according to each skin.
Contraindications and precautions
As in any medical procedure, there are situations in which we prefer to wait or not perform certain techniques. The absolute contraindications include pregnancy and lactation, active infections in the area to be treated, known allergies to any component, and uncontrolled diseases. There are also relative conditions that require an individualized assessment —and, on occasion, coordination with your family doctor— such as taking anticoagulants, a recent episode of herpes, or temporal proximity with other aesthetic procedures.
We work only with CE-marked medical devices and record all traceability (batch and expiration date) in your medical history. Our approach is conservative and focused on safety: we avoid overcorrections and drastic changes.
Safety and how to choose with confidence
Safety starts with who treats you and where. Put yourself in the hands of a licensed aesthetic doctor – with their number visible – and always choose a center with a health license in Aesthetic Medicine and a current registration; on our website you can check these codes in the footer. Before deciding, we recommend reading the recommendations of the Spanish Society of Aesthetic Medicine (SEME) for patients: https://www.seme.org/pacientes/consejos-medicos/decalogo-del-paciente-de-medicina-estetica. And, of course, distrust aggressive offers or those who cannot prove membership and licenses. Your health comes first.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you give a quote by phone or email?
No. The budget is prepared after the clinical assessment and, if applicable, the necessary tests. Each plan is personalized.
Does the assessment include x-rays or tests?
It depends on the case. If they are needed to indicate a technique with safety, we will explain it to you beforehand and integrate them into the plan.
Why don’t you publish prices on the web?
Because we do not sell “loose sessions”, but customized medical plans. The cost depends on the diagnosis, the combined techniques, and the schedule of revisions.
